Convinced by my own message that time is short, I’ve satisfied a long-time desire in moving to Belize. As a result of my move and a few shattered relationships, the mud hut is for sale. It’s listed here.
In addition, I owe some debts. I’d like to clear the slate before I cash out.
Regular readers in this space know the story about my attempt to walk away from American Empire in the high desert of New Mexico. Ultimately, I failed to escape pervasive imperialism. Along the way, I created a platinum-grade homestead. It’s for sale at a fraction of the monetary cost I’ve put into the place.
Consistent with my long-time implementation of a gift economy, the 2.7 acres and attendant structures are being offered for $225,000. I’ll consider, and then accept, any reasonable offer.
If you’d like to be among the final living people on Earth, with the bonus of living in a beautiful location, you could do worse than the mud hut. At the very least, you’ll almost certainly outlive me! Water and food will not be limited on the property. Maintaining body temperature is of minimal concern due to well-insulate structures and the high elevation.
Feel free to contact me directly with questions: firstname.lastname@example.org. I’d like to move relatively quickly on this endeavor. After all, time is very short.
Thanks to my volunteer booking team for seeking additional volunteers in support of my speaking tours. If you would like to host me in your area, please send a message to email@example.com
I’ve received several requests for a workshop focused on emotions for people who accept the evidence underlying our near-term demise. Such a workshop is described here. It is generally available at the homestead I occupy in Belize.
