A Rant with Ruiter

On 7 November 2017 I had a conversation with Zach Ruiter of Now on the campus of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He had already attended two of my presentations in the area. His resulting article about near-term human extinction, which fails to mention my name, is here.

During our hours-long conversation, Zach innocently triggered a rant of about three minutes from me. It demonstrates my defensive side, of which I’m not proud, and it’s embedded here. I apologized to Zach after the rant. The apology was edited out.
