Submitted: Follow-Up Paper to Clinical Psychology Forum

I have submitted a second paper to the peer-reviewed journal Clinical Psychology Forum. I have no idea if it will be published, or in what form. However, the subject matter is important enough to justify posting an early draft of the paper in this space. The submitted paper follows up on my earlier paper in the same journal. Consistent with ethical standards, please do not cite the paper until/if it is published. It is similarly unethical to plagiarize my work, although I am no longer surprised when it occurs.
