Testimony, New York City Council Committee on Environmental Protection

At the request of NYC Extinction Rebellion, Guy McPherson is scheduled to testify to the New York City Council Committee on Environmental Protection on Monday, 24 June 2019. The meeting begins at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Resolution 0864-2019, a resolution declaring a climate emergency and calling for an immediate emergency mobilization to restore a safe climate, is the ninth of nine items on the agenda. In theory, and perhaps in practice, the meeting will be streamed live here.
