Traveler Seeks Temporary Landing Pad in SoCal

I’m the traveler. I’ll be traveling from Berkeley to Belize next month after discussing abrupt climate change at the East Bay Sierra Club dinner on 22 March 2018.

I could use assistance in southern California with food, lodging, and local transportation. I will depart the San Francisco Bay Area on Saturday, 24 March 2018. I’m scheduled to arrive into LAX at 2:41 p.m. that day. I have a studio appearance at The Switch at 10:40 a.m. the following day: Sunday, 25 March 2018. The studio is at 3400 Motor Avenue in Los Angeles.

I will depart LAX for my home in Belize very early on the morning of Monday, 26 March 2018 (1:24 a.m.). I’d greatly appreciate a place to lay my head the night of 24 March 2018.

I’d appreciate local transportation from somebody who knows the neighborhood(s). I can use buses and taxis from the airport to somebody’s home, from the home to the studio, and so on. But I’d rather spend time with someone reading these words.

In exchange for a bed, food, and local transportation, I’ll share stories. Or not, as you wish.
